Warwick Adams has 35 year's experience in the I.T. and call center industries including -

• Founder and CEO of Support Solutions. This company provides outsourced call center operations and ran the national support center for Australia's second telecommunications carrier for 10 years. This cutting-edge operation provides world class operations, analytics and consulting services. Warwick started the company with 2 staff and grew it to 60 staff in the first 5 years. 

• Belgrave Park founder and CEO. Belgrave Park is a software development and marketing company specialising in 'worlds best' call center and customer support tools. Belgrave Park has now been in business for over 15 years and trades under the 'KoolToolz' brand.

• Previously Warwick Adams was a senior manager for 15 years with a leading multinational computer manufacturer. Responsibilities included line management, product management and business development roles for the Asia-Pacific region.
