We ask for your e-mail address when downloading our software. This is only used to contact you, for example for support or to notify you  of program  update notices. Users may subsequently opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. 

When you place an order with us we need to obtain your credit card information. We also require that you provide a mailing address, telephone number, and an e-mail address. This information will be used only in case we need to contact you regarding your order and to send you program update notices. Our bank requires that card details are retained for 6 months from time of order.
